Refund Policy

At OnlineTradingInstitute, we are dedicated to providing our students with the education and resources they need to become successful traders. We recognize that there may be instances in which you need to request a refund for a course or service you purchased from us. This refund policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

• No refund will be permitted For 1:1 sessions, if a session is canceled due to an emergency from either the student/customer or the teacher’s end, and the student/customer is informed beforehand (within 24 hours), then no refund will be granted.
• If any of the students have accepted a discount, concession, or discount offer at the time of admission, no refund will be permitted.
• As we don’t have a free trial, and user need to pay from day one, the paid subscription amount is not refundable after two days.

Refunds that are approved will be given out within the current term and at the company’s discretion.

You agree to this refund policy by signing up for a course or using our services, which is your acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and accepted it.

Online Trading Institute maintains the right, at any time and without previous notice, to revise or modify this policy. Please check this policy from time to time for updates.
