Pune-based Belrise Industries is all set to launch its ₹2,150 crore IPO from May 21 to May 23, 2025, with the price band fixed between ₹85–90 per share. Belrise Industries is a leading auto component manufacturer based in Pune, serving both domestic and international OEMs. The company builds a wide range of safety-critical parts like chassis systems, exhaust systems, polymer components, and more. Their products are integrated into two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, agri-vehicles, and even premium four-wheelers.

In FY24, Belrise Industries clocked ₹7,484.21 crore in revenue, with a net profit of ₹310.88 crore. For the nine months ending December 2024, revenue was ₹6,013.43 crore with profits at ₹245.47 crore. These figures indicate stable cash flow and operational strength, making it a compelling pick for value investors.
With support from merchant banks like Axis Capital, Jefferies, HSBC, and SBI Capital, the IPO is backed by experienced advisors. Moreover, as a domestic player with global partnerships, Belrise could benefit from India’s auto sector growth push under “Make in India.”
